Kyle J. Scott

For more than 30 years, Kyle Scott has stood beside people on some of the hardest days of their lives: after a crash, a fall, a dog attack, a medical mistake, or abuse. He has spent his career since 1991 representing injured people and their families, and he has obtained multiple multi-million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts for his clients.

When you contact the firm, your first conversation is with Kyle himself. He listens to what happened, tells you honestly where you stand, and explains your options in plain language. He stays personally involved from that first call to the final result, and he makes sure you always know where your case stands, so you can focus on your health and your family while he takes on the insurance companies.

Kyle founded Kyle Scott Law in 2003 and handles every type of personal injury case: car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, unsafe property, dog bites, brain and spinal cord injuries, medical malpractice, sexual abuse and harassment, school and institutional liability, and wrongful death. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA in 1986 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1991, is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.
